At Loops and Lashes®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and we're here to help.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date by emailing support@loopsandlashes.com. Please include your name, order number, and a photo or video of the defective product. If the product is deemed defective by Loops and Lashes®, we will provide you with a replacement of the same item. To receive a replacement, you must return the defective product with all the original packaging.

Please note that all sales are final due to the nature of our items, and we do not offer exchanges or returns for any other reason.


We want to ensure that your order arrives in a timely manner and in good condition. We ship via USPS only, and please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to process and 5-7 business days for shipping.

However, Loops and Lashes® is not responsible for any delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including labor strikes, transportation failures, acts of nature, or pandemics (Covid-19).

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that Loops and Lashes® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service to file a claim. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package is with the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable.


At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to offer international shipping in the future.
