Shipping policy

Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to process, and 5-7 business days for shipping. 

Once we process your order, you will get a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking information.

Loops and Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service.  Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package is with the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible or liable. Loops and Lashes is also not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including labor strikes, transportation failures, acts of nature or pandemics.
